Ingredients:
3 Pieces of Surmai Fish
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Gram Flour
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl add curd, lemon juice, garam masala, garlic paste, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seeds powder and salt. Mix everything well. The marinate is ready,
- Apply this marinate on the fish pieces. Keep them aside for 10 minutes.
- In a pan heat some mustard oil.
- Fry the fish pieces on both the sides.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot!
